Programs
Freedom, meaning, and growth are necessary for personal fulfillment. Ethics is the common denominator.
The Change Agent
The WEO Change Agent
The WEO Change Agent program presents a revolutionary paradigm known as The Ethic of Human Repair, that empowers people to understand the paradoxical nature of the human condition, freedom and ethics. The WEO Change Agent program makes two promises:
1) To teach a language and logic that describes, explains and provides an approach to solving chronic human problems.
2) Participants will experience greater freedom, meaning and growth to the extent they learn, share and apply the principles of the paradigm.
One cannot be ethical or unethical without free choice – without being completely free to choose between right and wrong, regardless of one’s framework of ethics.
The virtuous cycle
Ethical Thought Leadership Circles
The WEO runs issue-centred thought leadership groups to drive the conversation about ethics and discuss current ethical dilemmas. The insights they generate will be developed into reports and recommendations for best practices in their domains and beyond. They will also seek to set ethical standards. Diversity is a core value in the composition of the WEO’s thought leadership circles.
Technology Circle Addressing the ethics of the Metaverse and artificial intelligence.
Interfaith Circle Prominent leaders and thinkers from all religious backgrounds come together to discover shared ethical principles.
Business Circle The world’s top business innovators discuss how to make a more ethical economy.
Healthcare Circle Interdisciplinary thought leaders and scholars explore the intersection of ethics and healthcare provision, with a focus on the growing global mental health crisis.
Ethics in Education
Although the human condition suffers from a lack of ethical discipline, many societies still do not mandate ethics as a required field of study. The WEO will study and bring together best practices in ethics education from around the world, and will share these resources with the public and policy-makers.
